The Tucson Second Chance Community Bail Fund (TSCCBF) is supported by a pool of money established through grassroots fundraising. As cases are resolved and bonds are released, we use those funds to assist new defendants in need.
We do not ask for anything
in exchange for bail assistance.
How It Works
Loved one is arrested and bail is set
If bail is unaffordable, you can apply for assistance using the form below
We process your application and follow up with you
If approved, we will pay the bail for free
Your loved one is returned to family and our community
Bail is returned after the case is completed and we are able to help more community members
Apply For Bail
